Responsibilities
Support project teams using Bentley engineering software, from 3D modeling through design and production, including ProjectWise, OpenRoads Designer, and OpenBridge Designer.
Develop software templates and resource files based on client standards for efficient 3D design and modeling of roadways, drainage, and utilities.
Develop processes and techniques for rapid 3D visualization of design concepts.
Provide technical support to project teams through online training, webinars, and direct assistance.
Lead project setup and configuration to support efficient workflows.
Test, refine, and document CAD-based workflows using the latest software and hardware technology.
Communicate established workflows to internal staff through one-on-one training and team-wide seminars.
Create and update CAD training materials, including manuals and videos.
Respond to over-the-shoulder support requests and maintain searchable documentation of support solutions.
Troubleshoot design files, workspaces, and file-management issues as needed.
Monitor emerging industry trends and technology, then develop strategies to incorporate useful capabilities.
Review potential program-enhancement plugins and extensions.

Traffic Engineer
Join AIG TECH to support a diverse portfolio of transportation engineering projects through traffic operations, analysis, practical solutions, project leadership, and collaboration with engineers and public agency clients.
Perform traffic engineering studies and operational analyses for transportation projects.
Conduct signal timing studies.
Develop and evaluate roadway corridor and intersection improvements to enhance safety and mobility.
Prepare technical reports, traffic studies, exhibits, and engineering recommendations.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and public agency representatives to support project delivery.
Assist with developing traffic engineering scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals.

Support the technical production of complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimates packages for state highway, county, and municipal roadway projects across Texas.

Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and assemble high-quality 2D and 3D roadway construction plans, detail sheets, quantities, and cost estimates in accordance with TxDOT and local agency standards.
Perform 3D corridor modeling, cross-section generation, digital terrain modeling, and earthwork quantity calculations using OpenRoads Designer.
Develop geometric roadway designs, including horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, intersections, turn lanes, and superelevation diagrams.
Assist with traffic control plans, pavement marking and signing plans, utility layouts, and drainage or erosion-control sheet production.
Coordinate layout details and interfaces with bridge, geotechnical, drainage, and traffic engineering teams.
Ensure drafting and modeling workflows follow client CAD/BIM standards, layering conventions, and quality-control procedures.

Lead the design and delivery of bridge and structural engineering projects while helping AIG TECH deliver safe, efficient, and innovative transportation infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the structural analysis, design, and load rating of complex bridge structures, including precast or prestressed concrete girders, steel girders, multi-span structures, and culverts.
Ensure compliance with AASHTO LRFD specifications, the TxDOT Bridge and Structures Design Manual, and regional standards.
Direct the production of complete TxDOT PS&E submittal packages.
Perform and review 3D bridge modeling using OpenBridge Modeler and finite-element analysis software such as MIDAS Civil, CSiBridge, or SAP2000.
Oversee foundation design and geotechnical integration for drilled shafts, spread footings, and retaining walls.
Coordinate with transportation engineers, roadway designers, geotechnical engineers, and other technical disciplines.
Serve as the primary Engineer of Record on assigned bridge structures, stamping calculations, load ratings, and plan sheets.
Mentor junior and mid-level bridge engineers and CAD/BIM technicians.
Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing, and technical deliverables.
Participate in client meetings, business-development activities, and proposal preparation.
Identify project risks and develop practical solutions to technical and delivery challenges.
